Description:

As Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact IT initiatives, supporting ICT portfolio governance, and driving digital transformation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. You will also support the ICT lead by contributing to strategic reporting and assisting in ICT budget management (OPEX and CAPEX).


Key responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Contribute to ICT budget planning and tracking, supporting the ICT lead in managing OPEX and CAPEX across the portfolio.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the ICT lead, supporting governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct thorough process analysis and design convergence strategies to optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow platform to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor program progress, oversee risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and performance excellence within the IT department.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program management, digital transformation, or strategy roles within large-scale organizations, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in PMP, SAFe Agile, ITIL, or similar frameworks is a plus.
