Responsibilities

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to certain operations of the Third-Party Risk Management department primarily as it concerns administration of the third-party (vendor) monitoring software solution as well as general support functions and other duties as assigned. Roles related to vendor monitoring include, but are not limited to:

  • System report generation and analysis;
  • Issuance of annual third-party questionnaires, due diligence documentation requests, and business unit questionnaires through system generated collaborations;
  • Tracking of documentation received, including all related administrative steps involved;
  • Initiation of document workflows as it concerns subject matter specialist reviews required; and,
  • Assignment of documentation received as it relates to established oversight and policy compliance requirements.

Other Duties:

  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with, all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

Education/Training:

  • Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in the area of Business. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • Proficient organizational, analytical, communication, grammar, interpersonal relations, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Required personal characteristics include, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, independent judgment with strong analytical and risk assessment skills, ability to adapt to change and unquestioned integrity, ethics and values. A strong attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate and reliable work products.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Excel skills.
  • Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values; a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, integrity, teamwork/respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility. Required to maintain confidentiality of sensitive non-public information. Comply with data privacy and information security policies.
