Coating Specialist in Shelby, MI

Starting Pay $20.24

Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm

As a Coating Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

• Set machine process parameters for proper operation and ensure that approved paint is used (Nordson Engage Auto Guns)

• Document all changes made to the equipment and process during coating and work with the quality department

• Involvement in corrective actions and send out updates for the Powder room

• Monitor and perform general equipment maintenance after on the job training is complete

• Maintains a clean working environment free from debris that will negatively impact the finished product. Including but not limited to vacuuming, trash removal, and wipe-down equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
