Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Driver based in Chino, CA. The Driver is responsible for operating a flatbed truck to make local deliveries and pick-ups as assigned. This position assists in preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments, collaborating, and communicating with team members, Customer Service, service providers, Quality department and others involved in the shipment of products.

The base pay range for this position is $ 17/hr. - 25/hr. with mandatory overtime, as needed.

What you will do
  • Accurately identify and gather products as required for purpose of shipping
  • Stock and maintain tool crib and crate/packaging material inventory
  • Perform weekly scheduled shop material inventories (RMO)
  • Report shortages and needs for the warehouse manager
  • Support maintenance personnel in general building maintenance and upkeep as requested
  • Standard maintenance of company vehicles and warehouse industrial powered equipment
What we require
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CA driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Previous driver experience operating a flatbed or stake truck
  • Previous warehouse experience in shipping and receiving
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
