The Private Banking and Wealth Management Professional Services division is growing rapidly and is seeking a Program Manager.

SEI is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing projects related to technology and operations consulting. This position requires an experienced, adaptable individual who possesses a combination of business, management, and technical leadership skills.

As a Program Manager on the team, you will be responsible for coordinating between multiple projects to ensure they benefit each other and align with overall business goals.The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-site environment.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers/Scrum Masters to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of program goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers and team members to achieve program objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede the progress of the program.
  • Implement and maintain effective tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor program performance.
  • Allocate resources across projects, balancing competing demands and priorities.
  • Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure they deliver as per contract terms.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure program outcomes meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, decisions, and changes.
  • Responsible for the planning and oversight of all activities necessary for the transition
  • Develop action plans based on review findings to improve future programs.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or business administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in project and program management
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a medium to large scale enterprise
  • Ability to communicate effectively amongst IT technical teams, IT leadership, and Business stakeholders.
  • Experience using the Change Management module in ServiceNow.
  • Prior experience working in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Software Development.
  • Strong on process but able to make sensible adaptations where needed.
  • Strong Vendor Management skills strong stakeholder management skills

This team follows a hybrid schedule, working three days in the office.
