The Organization Change Lead will drive culture, leadership, and organizational transformation initiatives that strengthen business performance and employee engagement. This role partners with all levels of the organization to shape culture, design effective operating models, and build leadership and team capability to support long-term success. You willbe responsible forthedevelopmentand execution ofstructuredframeworks to help the organization assess howbusinessprocessesand technology willimpactorganization structures, roles, and people.The ideal candidate will haveexperiencein ERP-driven business process change,change impact analysis, risk mitigation strategies,andexperiencesupporting structural changes, role realignments,andbest practices in organizational design. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
