General Description: As the HR Clerk, your role will be focused on supporting the Human Resources team with various clerical and administrative support tasks. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data entry into various HRIS portals.
- Compile and maintain EEO/AA data on applicants and new hires in the Applicant
Tracking System (ATS). - Processing HR invoices and tracking invoices for the HR department charges.
- Compiling new hire packets and other HR communications to be delivered to staff.
- Maintain employee demographic data in the HRIS system, notifies appropriate
departments of employee changes. - Assists with scheduling meeting spaces for HR department.
- Various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: completion of forms based on
provided data, typing letters, etc. - Ordering lunches or other food services on an as needed basis.
- Audit I-9 Forms to ensure they are completed in accordance with E-Verify rules.
- Assist Regional HR Business Partner with Background Check Administration.
- Proactively communicate and escalate issues to ACCO's HR team as needed.
- Assist with the compilation of the company new hire memos.
- Distributes department mail.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the HR Department.
Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency, with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and including
PowerPoint) required. - 60 - 70 WPS and maintaining a 99% accuracy level
- A proven ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment with
limited direction. - Detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively.
- Preferred: broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, and a
demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge. - Excellent customer service skills, phone and email etiquette skills.
- A high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

cabinets and shelves.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with an hour lunch Competitive Wages: $17.79 to $23.32 per hour.
