On Call Banquet Server

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Previous restaurant, banquet or catering serving experience required

-Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds

-TABC and Food Handlers certification required

-Able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours

Job Description:

-Set up event space and meeting room as required by the banquet event order to include table set up, linen, dining ware, glassware, buffet lines and coffee breaks.

-Attend pre-shift meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.

-Serve and replenish food and/or beverage in a friendly and hospitable manner and promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course.

-Break down set up and clean meeting spaces.
