Educational Activities & Data Coordinator

KLRN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its Education team. This full-time position supports the Director of Early Childhood Services with administrative and programmatic responsibilities. The position is responsible for managing program documentation; entering timely, accurate data into required software databases; supporting the preparation and implementation of the Play & Learn program; and tracking participant enrollment, daily attendance, and other service-related data. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of early childhood development and possess strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of related professional experience. Flexibility in work schedule is essential.
