What to Expect Teslais searching for passionate Associate Maintenance Managers that are highly motivated to lead part of the maintenance department at Tesla's LFP facility in implementing,maintainingand improving our world-class maintenance program. This individual willbe responsible formanaging all aspects of the maintenance department including the upkeep of all manufacturing assets and resources while developing and driving the team to continuous success. The Associate Maintenance Manager will oversee multiple shifts of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians while supporting Tesla's mission to help accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
