We are seeking a proactive individual to join a vibrant team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of training programs, providing critical data insights, and managing essential financial operations. Your contributions will directly enhance the learning journey for countless employees, drive strategic decision-making, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence within a fast-paced and innovative environment. **What you will do:** * Provide comprehensive logistical and administrative support for all training programs, including materials preparation, participant coordination, and scheduling. * Manage the end-to-end process for training events, from creating calendar invites and managing registrations to coordinating catering and communicating dietary needs. * Collaborate with internal technology and business teams to enhance reporting on learning hours and compliance training, administering data collection for continuous improvement. * Analyze and combine attendance records for multi-part learning sessions to ensure accurate credit assignment within learning management systems. * Generate various reports, including facilitator feedback summaries and monthly learning hour reports, to measure progress and inform strategic decisions. * Handle financial tasks such as recording expenses, processing chargebacks to appropriate budgets, and creating purchase orders. * Develop and disseminate engaging communications for training initiatives through emails, newsletters, and other creative channels. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal learning resources and communication platforms. **What you will bring:** * Bachelor's Degree level education. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data into insights and optimizations. * Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite. **Nice-to-haves:** * Work experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications. * Experience in Communications, Marketing, or Data Analytics. * Creativity and innovation - the ability to think outside the box and generate solutions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.58/hr.
