The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fuelling unprecedented demand for data centres that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largestgasfired power generation facilities in the U.S. Our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery in 2026. TheLOTO and PTW Leadwill support aCombined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Project in Cheyenne, Wyomingduring construction, commissioning, startup, and initial operations phases. The role provides leadership for the establishment and execution of an integrated Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) and Permit to Work (PTW) program across all project stakeholders, including EPC teams, subcontractors, and client operations. The position may start in a home office environmentin Reston-VA to support planning and procedure development, followed bylong-term assignment to the project site duringconstruction and commissioning activities. Job Summary:
TheLOTO and PTW Leadis responsible forestablishing, managing, and governing the project's energy isolation and permit to work systems to ensure safe execution of work on energized or potentially energized systems. The role acts as the project authority for LOTO and PTW, ensuring compliance with corporate and project-specific procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. TheLOTO and PTW Leadprovides day-to-day technical leadership, oversees isolation planning and execution, coordinates interfaces between disciplines, and develops project capability through training, coaching, and field oversight.
