Essential Functions...
u Perform duties necessary in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and VTIS Processing to ensure service to fillers. u Support implementation and continued development of the processing master sanitation program. u Submit work orders via MP2 system and maintain equipment. u Complete end of shift documentation accurately and timely. u Interface with laboratory department to insure product meets quality standards. u Maintain communication with other plant team members to ensure internal customers always has product. u Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience...		Physical Requirements...
GED or High School Diploma. At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing. Prior experience in leading teams and resources. Intermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc) Computer knowledge is essential. Solid Work Ethic. Ability to work well with people. Communication skills are a must. Multi-tasked Individual	Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 6 hours) Sitting: Occasionally for short periods Walking: Long periods Bending: Occasionally Twisting of Spine: Occasionally Lifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently Carrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently
	Special Requirements...
Must be able to operate all processing equipment.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is

$27.15 — $28.43 USD
