Location Type: This is a full-time, salary position based onsite in Holland, MI.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Sustainability Coordinator role assists in implementing corporate sustainability initiatives, coordinating crossfunctional efforts, and supporting compliance with environmental, social, and governance requirements. The position gathers and validates sustainability data, supports reporting and supplier assessments, and helps drive progress toward corporate sustainability goals. It also contributes to project coordination, training materials, and overall employee engagement in sustainability efforts.

How You'll Make an Impact:

ESG & Sustainability Program Support

  • Support implementation of corporate sustainability strategies and initiatives across global operations

  • Assist in coordinating programs related to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance compliance

  • Work cross-functionally to help embed sustainability into existing business processes

Sustainability Data & Reporting

  • Assist with collection, verification, and organization of ESG and sustainability data

  • Support preparation of internal dashboards and external sustainability reporting

  • Help track progress toward corporate sustainability goals and KPIs

Regulatory & Customer Compliance Support

  • Support monitoring of emerging sustainability regulations and customer requirements

  • Assist in responding to sustainability questionnaires, audits, and documentation requests

  • Help coordinate with EH&S, Legal, and Supply Chain on compliance-related topics

Supply Chain & Responsible Sourcing

  • Support supplier sustainability assessments and responsible sourcing initiatives

  • Assist with data gathering from suppliers related to ESG and product requirements

  • Coordinate 3rd party compliance

  • Communicate and track state specific EH&S requirements for customer specific shipping requirements (Cal Prop 65, Minnesota PFAS reporting, etc.)

Energy, Waste & Resource Management

  • Assist in tracking energy, water, emissions, and waste data from manufacturing sites

  • Support projects related to waste reduction, recycling, and circular economy initiatives

Social Responsibility & Ethics

  • Assist with programs related to human rights, employee engagement, community impact, and ethical business conduct

Project Coordination

  • Support sustainability projects from planning through implementation

  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and communications across teams

Education & Change Management

  • Help develop communications, presentations, and training materials

  • Support employee engagement initiatives that build sustainability awareness and culture

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong interest in corporate sustainability and ESG topics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data organization

  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting concepts (ESG, carbon accounting, resource tracking, responsible sourcing, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights.
