Be You. The Duke Gap Year Program is seeking a dynamic, studentcentered Program Director to lead a nationally recognized initiative that supports admitted Duke students pursuing meaningful gapyear experiences. In this role, you will shape the , strategy and daily operations of a growing program that directly influences the personal and academic journeys of selected incoming Duke students. You'll collaborate closely with Undergraduate Admissions, campus partners, and the national gap year community to guide gap year participants through a transformational year of exploration. From designing programming to overseeing budget strategy, from managing communications to building community for gap year participants and current students, you are the hub that keeps this unique program thriving. Every day in this role, you'll solve problems, build relationships, support participants, and elevate the visibility and impact of the Duke Gap Year Program . Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $61,535.00 to USD $95,880.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
