The Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Pediatric RN Residency is dedicated to providing a 12-month foundational program for the graduate or otherwise eligible nurse to provide the support and knowledge to grow into a competent pediatric professional practitioner. Learn more about our Accredited RN Residency Program Our Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) and Respiratory ECMO unit is a 15 bed critical care unit. CDH is a rare and complex condition that requires advanced, multidisciplinary care. As the hospital's Respiratory ECMO Center, this unit manages some of the most critically ill neonatal patients, offering exposure to cutting-edge therapies and technology early in your career. With 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, you'll receive strong mentorship while developing critical thinking skills and confidence in managing complex cases. Families travel nationally and internationally for care on this unit due to our expertise and outcomes, with survival rates exceeding 90%-well above the national average of 40-60%. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire * Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 35.02/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
