Serving as an admission-to-discharge unit, the multidisciplinary team manages both medical and surgical cardiac patients from newborn through adulthood. With 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, the CVICU delivers comprehensive, high-quality critical care across the full spectrum of the cardiac patient journey. Lauren, RN Shifts: 36 hours per week (Rotate) Work Location: St. Petersburg, Florida Start Date: July 26th, 2026 Who Should Apply: * BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire * Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Accreditation Statement Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital RN Residency Program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs. Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 35.02/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
