1515 Surf Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at our brand new 463-unit mixed use high rise community in Brooklyn, New York. Job responsibilities for the position include all activities related to apartment operations including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the property, direction and control of all personnel and resources to ensure that property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation and ensuring that all employees under your supervision are familiar with and understand the company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing law guidelines and liability concerns.
