Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to fulfill a dual role. The first part focuses on supporting our engineering and product management teams in delivering complex industrial machinery projects on time and within scope. This responsibility is essential for maintaining seamless communication between internal teams, external manufacturers, and customers, while also ensuring consistency in documentation standards.

The second part of the role involves serving as the Project Manager for the US section of a global sales program targeting 50 sites of a strategic account. In this capacity, you will coordinate sales project activities, align internal resources, and oversee project execution to meet client objectives and timelines, helping drive our expansion into multiple locations for this strategic customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Track Project Deliverables: Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and the team is informed of upcoming milestones.
• Coordination with global sales program manage regional sales program activities and proactively identify issues in coordination with global program manager
• Stakeholder management support regional account owners in reporting and stakeholder management in coordination with global program manager
• Customer Updates: Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Manufacturer Liaison: Maintain ongoing communication with our manufacturing partner to ensure they have all necessary documentation and support from engineering and product management to adhere to strict production schedules.
• Progress Reporting: Collect and review weekly and monthly progress reports from the manufacturer, and keep the project lead informed of any changes or risks.
• Shipping Coordination: Assist the product manager in ensuring timely shipment of products from the ESAB Denton facility, preventing communication gaps and delays.
• Documentation Standardization: Develop and implement standardized templates and processes for project documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated sales or commercial mindset, with an ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
• Familiarity with documentation control and process standardization.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and document management systems is a plus.
