Location: On-site4 days per week at Ashburn, VA - Support Center

What You'll Do:

Be a Champion of Culture & Engagement



  • Bring SSP's global values to life across the Support Center through communication, recognition, and daytoday interactions.
  • Support engagement programs, listening sessions, and action planning that strengthen belonging.



Lead With Integrity, Empathy & Professionalism



  • Serve as a trusted, confidential partner to employees and leaders.
  • Uphold our commitment to a respectful, inclusive workplace.



Guide Employee Relations & Performance Success



  • Provide timely, thoughtful support on employee relations matters.
  • Partner with leaders on coaching, documentation, and navigating performance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate NAVEX case tracking.



Support Talent, Growth & Leadership Development



  • Coordinate performance cycles and talent review processes.
  • Partner with L&D to bring impactful leadership development experiences to life.
  • Help reinforce skill application through job aids, templates, and managerfriendly tools.



Drive Excellence in People Operations



  • Lead onboarding, preboarding, and offboarding that reflect SSP's high standards of care.
  • Support job changes, requisition support, background checks, and workforce tracking with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain People Team content and resources on the intranet to support consistent service delivery.



Be a Strategic Thought Partner



  • Build strong partnerships with Support Center leaders to understand their needs and provide proactive HR guidance.
  • Maintain organizational charts, staffing changes, and workforce planning insights.
  • Surface themes that support meaningful talent and business decisions.



Deliver Reliable Reporting & Data Integrity



  • Produce People dashboards (headcount, turnover, ER trends, engagement, and more).
  • Audit HR data to ensure accuracy and maintain auditready documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, plus a minimum of 3+ years in a corporate human resource environment.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRMCP/SHRMSCP or other HR certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience in employee relations, HR operations, talent processes, and partnering with leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; Canadian familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong command of HR systems (SuccessFactors, NAVEX, CompAnalyst) and MS Office.
  • Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to build trust across all levels.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to travel <20% within the U.S. and Canada.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain required background checks and airport security clearances.
