Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Abrams program:
  • Proactively lead variance analysis, identify risk and opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize program profitability or mitigate risks
  • Perform EVMS tasks, reporting, and processes including processing Baseline Change Requests
  • Perform cost performance reconciliations, reporting, and help lead status reviews and briefings
  • Support monthly orders, sales, and earnings forecast; quarterly cash deep dive, estimate at completion analysis; and annual operating plan development
  • Assist with completion and submittal of the annual cost and software data reporting
  • Support internal and external audits

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
  • Knowledge of EVMS principles preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex financial ideas and recommendations across all levels of the organization
  • Strong team focus, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of business partners and stakeholders
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
  • Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred
