We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to serve as the primary link between our customers and our operations team. In this role, you'll ensure customer lube needs are met promptly, professionally, and efficiently while maximizing productivity, profitability, and service excellence.

What You'll Do




  • Supervise drivers with a strong focus on safety and customer service



  • Monitor fuel inventory levels at customer locations



  • Dispatch drivers to replenish fuel as needed



  • Review and complete orders while preparing and managing delivery schedules



  • Implement and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations



  • Monitor fuel usage and make independent delivery decisions (including diverting, canceling, or adding loads based on market conditions)



  • Forecast fueling needs based on prior usage and sales trends



  • Plan and assign deliveries to maximize productivity and profitability



  • Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges through effective scheduling



  • Coordinate load planning and assignments



  • Complete required administrative paperwork and data entry




What You Bring




  • Lube dispatching experience preferred (not required)



  • Experience with dispatch software (SmartLogix preferred)



  • Knowledge of fuel inventory management tools



  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Strong organizational and time management abilities



  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail



  • Sound decision-making skills, including the ability to analyze data and choose effective courses of action



  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate work to ensure timely, efficient completion



  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding service standards and continuously improving performance
