Summary of Role:

The Marketing Partner supports the development and execution of marketing activities for assigned business units. This role assists with campaign coordination, data collection, and project execution, collaborating with internal teams to help deliver effective, member-focused marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Partner will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Credit Union, and internal teams to support campaign execution, gather insights, and ensure marketing projects align with business needs.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

  • Support assigned business units by coordinating marketing needs, gathering information, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.

  • Build a working understanding of products, services, and member experiences to effectively support marketing initiatives.

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing marketing plans by gathering inputs, coordinating timelines, and supporting collaboration with Brand/Production and Digital Marketing to ensure smooth campaign execution.

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to member engagement and product awareness.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization

  • Compile campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports that summarize key results and trends.

  • Support marketing analysis efforts by organizing data, monitoring KPIs, and highlighting areas for review.

  • Assist with tracking and reporting campaign performance to support ongoing optimization.

Campaign Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Brand Strategy team to support creative and copy needs and assist with routing and proofing materials.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team by assisting with digital deliverables, monitoring KPIs, and preparing performance summaries.

  • Collaborate closely with the Member Insights team by collecting and organizing data needed to inform targeting and segmentation.

Content, Collateral & Project Management

  • Coordinate development, review, and distribution of marketing collateral to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Utilize the project management system to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Support campaign concepts and pilot programs by assisting with research and execution tasks.

Compliance, Governance & Market Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulations, industry trends, and competitive activity to support effective marketing execution.

  • Partner with the Compliance department by coordinating review processes and ensuring materials follow compliance guidelines.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a financial institution or credit union.

  • Demonstrated success supporting multichannel marketing campaigns and contributing to business objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and summarize data to support marketing decision making.

  • Working knowledge of financial institution products and services.

  • Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels (kept as-is).

  • Ability to assist with market research and competitive analysis.

  • Exceptional communication skills (kept but remove heavy "influence stakeholders" expectation).

  • Flexibility to support events.

  • Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Starting Compensation: $61,768-$72,062 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.
