What You Will Do:



  • Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
  • Support the parts department: Assist with customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories to ensure internal and external customers have what they need to run their operations smoothly.
  • Be a proactive learner: Participate in training, meetings, and customer engagement initiatives while demonstrating a strong willingness to grow and contribute.
  • Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image, following safety protocols and supporting a positive team environment.
