Job Description:

Seeking a candidate with an educational background in supply chain planning to join the Supply Chain Planning Team.

This role collaborates with global cross-functional teams in Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Global Sales Support to help achieve corporate revenue objectives and ensure on-time delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply and demand alignment using MRP outputs to identify imbalances, including forecast changes, material shortages, and excess inventory. Investigate root causes by reviewing demand changes, capacity constraints, and planning parameters, and drive timely corrective actions. Responsible for ensuring weekly wafer starts, analyze plans per supply chain planning system.
  • Maintain 18-month rolling gross ship plan forecast for wafer starts and capacity planning.
  • Analyze product portfolio and historical demand patterns and recommend and maintain die bank and finished goods safety stock. Review quarterly and adjust as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans by managing product lifecycle transitions, including engineering releases, revisions, ramps, and end-of-life declines.
  • Manage disposition of aged/inactive inventory by working with the business units and factory planning support.
  • Partner with functional owners to review MRP system inputs, ensuring data accuracy, accountability, and integrity within the supply chain planning system.
  • Drive improvements in customer on-time delivery performance and planning efficiency and responsiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 0-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); advanced Excel skills desired

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $46,000-$128,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
