Development of plans of care Implementation. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients. Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy. Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing. Qualifications:* Masters Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work. 1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy Licensure required LCSW or LPCC preferred; will accept LMSW with commitment to test within 1 year for LCSW.
