Our customer is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fastgrowing team and play a key role in scaling our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a bestinclass candidate experience. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and corporate functions, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent who thrive in a highperformance, innovative environment.
What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes. Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process. Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles across engineering, operations, and business functions. Use data and market insights to advise leaders and optimize hiring decisions. Champion our customers employer brand by delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience. Collaborate with People team partners to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner, preferably in high-growth tech or cloud/AI industries. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with competitive technical talent markets. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholdermanagement abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Passion for delivering an equitable and human-centered recruitment experience.
