Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Hand Assembly Inspectors to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.

Must-Haves for the Job

• Previous experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to do repetitive tasks
• Can stand or sit for extended periods
• Able and willing to learn new skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation tasks
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Day-to-Day Grind

• Hand assemble, inspect, and package crucial household products
• Maintain precise quality standards and detail-oriented workmanship
• Utilize hand tools and light equipment: scissors, rotary cutter, die-cutter, embossing, hot glue gun, etc.
• Read and measure with rulers (inches/mm)
• Complete production forms and track quality using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Keep your workspace organized, safe, and efficient
• Lift up to 50lbs as needed, supporting general assembly and warehouse tasks
