Senior Manager Strategy

Job Location: Remote
Hershey, PA preferred. Open to remote with travel to Hershey, PA (once a quarter) and various location (as needed).

The Senior Manager, Strategy plays a critical role in tackling Hershey's most important enterprise questions. This role partners closely with senior leaders across the organization to translate insight into action, lead high-impact strategic initiatives, and help chart the course for Hershey's 3-year strategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
* Play a central role in the planning and annual execution of Hershey's 3-year Enterprise Strategic Plan
* Independently scope, structure, and lead high-impact strategy projects with minimal oversight
* Lead complex problem solving and address critical strategic issues and decisions facing the enterprise
* Synthesize and analyze multiple internal and external data sources (POS, household panel, inventory, shipments, P&L statements, market trends, competitive insights) to develop clear business recommendations
* Develop executive-level presentations for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors
* Support corporate strategy development, business development initiatives, and scenario modeling
* Lead cross-functional project teams from beginning to end, providing direction, structure, and mentorship to indirect team members
* Be recognized as an established leader and consultative partner among senior leaders across functions

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience highly preferred

Experience:
* 8+ years of combined experience in a leading CPG company, top-tier strategy consulting firm, or a combination of both
* Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations and decisions
* Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and analytical techniques
* Experience driving change and influencing decisions in a complex business environment
* Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
* Experience leading project teams and influencing without direct authority
