Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you will provide prompt, efficient, and effective field maintenance and calibration services to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Performing routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximize uptime and ensure full compliance. Strictly following all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to maintain safe and consistent work aligned with SOPs. Successfully completing an annual calibration competency test for various pipettes to maintain ongoing expertise and compliance. Accurately completing and submitting all necessary paperwork promptly. Representing the company professionally and assisting customers in optimising their instrument performance. Managing and maintaining stock levels of service items and spare parts. What You Need to Succeed Practical and technical background, preferably in a biochemistry-related environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical people. Attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.
