Proposal Pricing Analyst Job Locations

Overview Summary: Reviews Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and acts as senior level authority to identify and assist the proposal team in developing staffing solutions and pricing strategies. Works with internal organizations to determine anticipated labor, material requirements, equipment costs, and possible bid strategies. Analyzes estimates against previous cost experience and recommends adjustments. May participate in negotiation of contract pricing, engineering changes, and price resubmissions. Writes the supporting cost narrative and manages the cost volume during price proposal efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for the preparation of cost and/or pricing spreadsheets and data to support proposals and contract modifications. Experience, Education, and Licensure: Required: * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or Multidisciplinary Studies. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities * Ideal candidate will have experience with SCA, Davis-Bacon Act, Unions (CBAs).
