Overview of the Role

We're looking for an experienced Research & Insights Manager to join the Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA) Lead to Cash (L2C) Insights and Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will be experienced at turning raw data from past research and surveys into compelling stories. You'll be responsible for digging into survey responses and research findings to uncover key trends and create clear, insightful visualizations. Your work will directly support our strategic decisions and help us better understand how to best improve the Seller Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including surveys, market research, and past studies.

  • Assist with aligning benchmark data from internal/external partners to compare against past time-boxing survey data to share across the business.

  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.

  • Create compelling data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support as needed for specific market segments and roles.

  • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical, and non-technical audiences.

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, or Research Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Expert-level proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sheets).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with survey data and translating it into actionable insights.

  • Expert-level knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, including an understanding of how the platform solves business problems.

  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.

  • Past experience with survey tools, Survey Monkey, Quatrics.
