*Type:* Contract *Function:* Partner Operations / Governance / Channel Programs *Top Skills & Attributes* * A blend of operational discipline and partner relationship skills. * Able to operate in fastchanging environments and influence process design. * Comfortable interpreting evidence, applying judgment, and defending decisions. * Strong communicator able to coach partners without shifting criteria. * Experience walking third parties through compliance/eligibility processes. * Ability to evaluate whether criteria should evolve based on realworld partner feedback. *Required Qualifications* * Experience in partner operations, channel programs, governance, or compliance. * Exposure to validation, audit, claims review, or similar adjudication environments to establish measurable proof of performance KPIs for partners. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional coordination. * High attention to detail with a focus on fairness, accuracy, and defensibility in validation decisions. * Demonstrated ability to produce structured documentation (criteria, flows, checklists). * Familiarity with MDF programs, incentives, demand generation, or deal registration workflows. * Partnerfacing experience across ISVs, advisors, resellers, or other ecosystem roles. *Overview* We are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist who blends operational rigor, partnerfacing communication skills, and the ability to work in a fastevolving environment. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and executing a Proof of Performance (PoP) validation process that can scale, withstand audit scrutiny, and support AIassisted workflows. This is not a pure project manager role. The ideal candidate is a hybrid operator + partner engagement specialist who can apply judgment, influence process design, and coach partners through new validation expectations. The PoP framework centers on three partner influence archetypes, each requiring clear, binary, defensible validation criteria and acceptable evidence artifacts: * Deal Origination ("Bring a Deal") - Value Discovery * Deal Closure Support ("Critical to Close") - Value Definition * PostSales Success & Adoption - Value Realization *Key Responsibilities* *1. Proof of Performance (PoP) Validation* * Review and validate partner submissions across origination, closure support, and postsales success influence categories. * Execute human validation checks following AIassisted screening to ensure accuracy, defensibility, and consistency. * Collaborate with Account Executives and operations teams to ensure timely and welldocumented validation outcomes. *2. Process Design & Optimization* * Develop and refine *industrystandard PoP criteria*, defining minimum acceptable evidence and nonqualifying artifacts. * Draft comprehensive documentation including *validation criteria*, *process flows*, *evidence definitions*, and *pass/fail examples*. * Work with finance, compliance, sales, and operations stakeholders to ensure criteria are auditable, scalable, and enforceable. *3. DryRun Audits & Pilot Feedback Loop* * Build and conduct dryrun audits using real customer/partner scenarios to pressuretest validation logic. * Produce clear audit reports outlining findings, gaps, exceptions, and recommended refinements. * Iterate PoP documentation based on pilot outcomes and stakeholder feedback. *4. Partner Engagement & Enablement* * Guide partners through the PoP criteria, evidence expectations, and submission process. * Develop partnerfacing readiness materials (workshops, webinars, enablement content) explaining how to demonstrate influence. * Provide insights from partner feedback to inform criteria adjustments and workflow improvements. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Doral, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
