Job Description We are looking for a Senior Director of Strategy to join our vibrant and growing Strategy team. The Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across BMC Health System to own and advance high-priority initiatives that transform our system for the better. The Senior Director will play a visible role in leading change at BMC Health System, including managing junior staff and working cross-functionally across our organization. They will steer key strategic projects, engage and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, conduct analyses that shape decisions, and implement changes to system operations. The issues constituting the Senior Director's portfolio will span a range of key strategic priorities for BMC Health System, such as: opening new lines of patient service, improving mental health and addiction treatment services, scaling programs that address social determinants of health, shaping strategy for value-based care and population health programs, driving health plan performance, integrating newly acquired hospitals, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our system. The team is a great place for a person with consulting skills to apply and grow their toolkit in the context of a mission-driven health system with a fun, supportive, and performance-minded team. REQUIREMENTS: Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience, preferably in healthcare organizations and/or consulting. Education: MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred. Compensation Range: $140,500.00- $204,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
