What You'll Do

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Learn how share draft transactions are reviewed and processed, including returns and adjustments.
- Assist with releasing Remote Deposit Capture deposits and processing share draft returns and Fed Returns.
- Support the handling of encoding error disputes, member affidavits, and Pega service requests.
- Help with accounting adjustments and contribute to creating or updating procedures.
- Provide service, research, and support to members and DCU departments regarding share draftrelated inquiries.
- Observe and participate in answering incoming calls through department Hunt Lines in a professional manner.
- Gain exposure to crossteam operations within Deposit Services by supporting other teams as needed.
