Position Summary Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for short and long-term growth of the organization.Develops and leads organization-wide strategic planning efforts. Identifies and pursues new businessopportunities, investigates diversification into new businesses or service lines. Responsible for thedevelopment and implementation of strategic plans and related initiatives for marketing andcommunications for the Organization. Oversees all external and internal communications, includingpublications, advertising, media relations, online communications, public relations and physician andemployee communications. Supports the CEO by preparing strategic communications to supportorganization-wide goals, programs, services, and initiatives. Manages and coordinates the organization'slobbying and government affairs functions, as well as Community Health & Community Benefit Department. This position is On-Site - Paramus, NJ Education Master's Degree (M.A./M.H.A./M.P.H.) in related field. Experience A minimum of 10 years' experience in combined experience in Strategy and Business Development and/orCommunications & Marketing with a minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare. 10 years leadershipexperience required. Skills * Demonstrated ability in oral and written communications. * Ability to develop and enhance professional relationships throughout the organization and with external entities. * Ability to lead and manage assigned functions and staff. * Demonstrated initiative, motivation and vision to pursue new business and strategies. * Must demonstrate highly effective skills in strategic and financial planning, administrative and problem-solving skills. * Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including trends, local and national market conditions and players, and legal and compliance conditions.
