Primary Responsibilities:
-Lead the development and execution of quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and care outcomes. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices. -Analyze clinical and operational data to assess performance metrics and identify trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making. -Design and conduct training programs for staff on quality improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices. -Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, ensuring that the hospital meets quality benchmarks. Qualifications:
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Lean, and Six Sigma. Schedule and Work Model
