Responsibilities

Seeking Summer Help for May to August 2026

Install internal parts in sub assemblies and body assemblies to close tolerances.

Assemble valve sub assemblies into final assembly.

Test performance leak rate of valves and package & label valves for final shipment.

Job Responsibilities:
* Select various valve parts for assembly from production work order.
* Install and assemble seat, pin and pin carrier, pushrods using dial indicator.
* Install and assemble assemblies, pistons and adaptors into body assemblies.
* Install internal parts such as diaphragm, spider and buffer plate into power element assembly for heli-arc welding.
* Load and unload valve final assembly into test equipment and run tests.
* Painting and curing components or sub assemblies may be required.
* Get and dispose of material to and from work position.
* Clean equipment as required.
* Flexing from one workstation into another is required for continuous through put.
* Maintaining cycle counts (inventory) may be required.
