About the RoleThe Director, FP&A leads the Corporate Social Responsibility business unit's financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes in support of Bonterra's strategic and operational objectives. This role is responsible for designing and administering scalable, repeatable budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering actionable financial insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role functions as a finance business partner to the GM and functional leaders of the business unit. Operating in an AI-first environment, the Director leverages advanced analytics, automation tools, and AI-enabled forecasting and reporting solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business insight. The role partners closely with senior leadership to translate financial and operational performance into forward-looking recommendations that drive accountability, growth, and disciplined resource allocation in a SaaS operating model.
