Purpose: A multi-faceted role spanning execution to supervision of data entry, integrity, and analysis for the company. Leading Data Entry, Quality and MDM efforts to ensure that all customer data is entered and maintained in an efficient and accurate manner by both internal and external CRM users. Will require review, analysis, and evaluation of business processes & systems to support company goals and efforts. This role will be expected to evolve and grow over time to support the needs and overall business strategies of the company. This position will report directly to Director, Corporate Shared Services. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise team responsible for daily operations and entry of Customer Data through training, management, oversight, and review
- Collaborate with MDM, Customer Service, Credit Department, Pricing team, sales teams, and operations partners as well as external customers to create Customer accounts.
- Ensure data entry is completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, while ensuring data integrity is maintained within Corporate Customer MDM governance.
- Guide and support enrichment of Customer data with additional attributes as necessary
- Understand underlying data structure of company's multiple systems and tools including but not limited to ERP, MDM software, EDW tables, etc
- Oversee and manage maintenance of GPO and IDN memberships from rosters (adds, changes & deletes) and ensure ERP and ancillary systems are up to date
- Facilitate communication of Membership changes to Wholesalers & Distributors
- Ensure support & maintenance of sales rep information, territory alignment data in ERP systems, Car allowance software & sales reporting tools for multiple sales forces
- Manage Administrative support by cross-referencing customers for EDI activity
- Oversee calculation, processing and payment of contractual administrative fees
- Oversee communication with 3rd party freight companies using multiple software programs to maintain shipping information internally on customer accounts
- Utilize technical, analytic and presentation skills to execute various data mining projects to ensure integrity and provide insight into Customer data to support departments across the company.
- Develop reports & analytics to support the Customer Data team and commercial business units by highlighting intuitive business trends
- Create/Maintain/Adhere to KPI dashboard support, maintenance & enhancements
- Ensure customer-related SOX compliance rules are appropriate and comprehensive
- Oversee daily/weekly audits and provide necessary data reporting for testing related to SOX key controls
- Research, recommend and implement new methods, procedures, policies, and services to streamline for efficiency, effectiveness, and improvements to overall performance.
- Ensure maintenance of written instructions and documentation for all department processes and tasks, along with training materials, for both internal and external users.
- Perform other related duties as required by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or related field with additional computer training
Other Attributes:
- Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office suite, Minimum SQL required
- Understanding of Power BI, Salesforce and/or other information system technologies a plus
0-20% Travel Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $64,074 - $99,788. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
