Central Marketing Operations Data Analyst This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA. Summary
The Central Marketing team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support Services marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze marketing and operational performance, with a strong focus on expanding and automating reporting and dashboard capabilities related to Operations Production and Efficiency. Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or a related function
- Passion for data-driven decision making with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and operational reporting
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with strong data visualization and analytical skills
- Familiar with ETL processes, automation frameworks, and/or machine learning methodologies
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Operations, and Business teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Curious, proactive self-starter who can surface insights and actionable recommendations
Job Description
In this role, you will support marketing and operational performance analysis initiatives across Services. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting requirements, ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights to drive decision-making. This includes investigating and maintaining operational and performance datasets, initiating projects to procure additional data sources, and performing deep-dive ad hoc analyses. You will also write and optimize complex SQL and Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, and contribute to automation efforts to enhance reporting efficiency. This role requires balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and insights delivery. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in analytics, marketing operations, business intelligence, or related disciplines
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and dashboard development

- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $71.50 - $74.58 per hour
