Pharmacist Lake Charles, Louisiana Pay From: $50.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Pharmacist Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Louisiana Must have specialty pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience DUTIES: Accurately prepare, label, and dispense medication orders, including reviewing patient profiles for appropriate drug selection, dosage, and potential interactions. Advise patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage, while providing health-related guidance. Ensure strict adherence to laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies regarding controlled substances and hazardous waste. Supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff, often managing daily operations in the absence of a Pharmacy Manager. Administer immunizations and other vaccines to patients.
