Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Crackfill Crew Laborer to assist with asphalt maintenance projects including crack sealing, pavement preparation, and related site work. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring paved surfaces are properly maintained and prepared for long-term performance. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare pavement by cleaning cracks with compressed air, wire brushes, or heat lances
