Position Summary: Responsible for the quality of contract development, IT architecture alignment, processes, and system tools to help the company avoid contract disputes. This includes reviewing the company's contracts before signing, and analyzing all clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities. Lead negotiations for certain customer projects and the results of the quality assurance exceptions identified with the contracts team, business partners, and customers to resolve any discrepancies, improve processes, and/or support training initiatives. #LI-CD1 Annual Compensation Range $79,497.60 - $127,212.80 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
