Job Description

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team with day-to-day analysis, coordination, and process improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to core supply chain operations while contributing to real business needs, including data analysis, reporting, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement efforts. The intern will gain practical experience working with ERP systems, dashboards, and cross-functional partners such as Operations, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assist with basic supply chain data gathering and validation (e.g., inventory levels, open orders, shipment status)
  2. Support the team with simple reporting, trackers, and spreadsheet updates
  3. Help monitor purchase orders and follow up on routine status questions
  4. Assist with inventory reviews and reconciliation activities as directed
  5. Support logistics coordination tasks such as shipment tracking and documentation
  6. Participate in team meetings and take notes or summarize action items as needed
  7. Assist with documentation of basic processes and work instructions
  8. Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Supply Chain team

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
    • Strong interest in learning about supply chain and operations
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and manage assigned tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
