Accounting - Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounting Internship is a 12-week program based in our Barrington, IL office. The Internship offers exposure to the following aspects of the Corporate Accounting functions.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTING:

• Internal controls
• Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
• Cash
• Fixed Assets
• Monthly close process
• General ledger account analysis
• Financial statements
• Provide accounting and administrative support as needed

POSITION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• College student currently pursuing a business or accounting degree.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work individually and with a team
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Excel

The salary range for this position is $20-$23/hour, based on graduation date.
