Now hiring Customer Service Representative Garland, TX Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.75 per hour Shift: (1st Shift \| 2 PM - 10 PM) (2nd Shift \| 10 PM - 6 AM) Tuesday - Saturday + Weekends if needed Like Helping People? Who We're Looking For A high school graduate or GED 1+ years of customer service experience Computer skills (Microsoft Office & 10-key) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems preferred A problem-solver who thrives on helping others Cool under pressure, even on busy days Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory Process and input customer orders accurately Generate stock reports to confirm product availability Prepare all necessary paperwork for customer work orders Coordinate special or expedited shipping requests with Traffic and Operations Follow up with internal departments to ensure service levels are met Verify and ensure accurate invoicing of accounts Maintain damage records and backorder logs Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management Maintain organized account files and procedure documentation The Perks?
