What It Takes to Crush It

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (1 year minimum)
• Show up on time, geared up, and ready to work
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and machines
• Detail-driven - your work has to hold up

  Assemble and prep medium-gauge cables for processing and shipment

  Perform detailed handwork to strip, prepare, and handle cables accurately

  
  
• 
  

  Inspect products to ensure they meet customer quality specifications

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain production pace in a fast-moving assembly environment

  
  
• 
  

  Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully

  
  
• 
  

  Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status or quality concerns

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized workstation
