Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.

Must-Haves for the Job

• 1 year of assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics (required)
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward shared production goals
• Reliable and punctual

Day-to-Day Grind

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Perform simple wiring and assembly of equipment
• Use hand tools, including crimpers, wire cutters, and wire strippers
• Work independently once training is completed
• Maintain high-quality standards in all work performed
• Meet production deadlines as required
