• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or at least 4 years of relevant Project Management experience in Heavy Highway Construction.
• Strong Knowledge of DOTD and OSHA rules, constructability, and traffic control regulations
• Ability to manage project schedules, project cost projections, and subcontractor relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee heavy highway construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with DOTD and OSHA requirements
• Manage project budgets, including submittals, change orders, cost/revenue projections, project billings, and closeout processes
• Apply construction knowledge, including heavy highway practices and traffic control regulations
• Utilize ViewPoint, Primavera P6, and HeavyJob software ( Preferred but not required)
• Plan, lead, and coordinate subcontractors per plans, specifications, and agreements
• Lead weekly job site meetings, ensuring progress and milestone goals were met.
• Conduct internal and external meetings, including pre-construction, owner-contractor meetings, and lessons-learned sessions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintaining a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
